I like to call myself a Managing Partner, not a CEO, because in my world, it’s all about teamwork. Whether I'm working with federal agencies or private organizations, we collaborate to build solutions that meet specific needs. With over 15 years of experience in project management with The Boeing Company & Lockheed Martin, I’ve learned how to deliver results that matter, especially in high-stakes environments.

I’m living the American Dream! But that doesn’t mean I have it all figured out—just ask my wife, who calls me a work in progress! I’m a husband, father of two, and a proud Navy veteran who simply wants to do what's right and lead with integrity.
Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles—yes, think Boyz n the Hood—I’ve faced my share of challenges. At 18, I joined the Navy to escape my circumstances, traveling the world and learning valuable life lessons along the way. I even managed to earn a degree (that I barely use!) over seven years while serving.
In the process of growing up, I found my faith and built a relationship with Christ. I’m not perfect—still a work in progress—but it’s the foundation that keeps me grounded and driven to serve others.

Hello! I'm Chrystal, a proud mother to one and a loving “Momty” (Mom-Aunty) to two wonderful teenagers. My journey through life has been a blend of nurturing my family and serving our country as a US Army veteran. With over 15 years of experience in government contract hiring, I've gained a deep understanding of the precision, dedication, and strategic thinking required to excel in this field.
I hold a degree in Human Resources Management, which has equipped me with the skills to handle the complexities of managing talent in high-stakes environments. My background in government contracting has honed my ability to identify the right people for the right roles, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently, even in the most challenging conditions.
At 2 Lions Group, I’m passionate about leading efforts in project management, recruitment, and supporting our government clients. My experience allows me to navigate the intricacies of government compliance, contract negotiation, and workforce development, focusing on delivering top-notch results.
